Who is this NOT suitable for?
A beginner, or someone looking to get a 6-pack, get bigger arms and shoulders, or simply want to train for an event, e.g. a marathon, powerlifting or improve their sports performance.
If you’re a Weekend Warrior, or someone looking to do the least amount possible this isn’t for you. It’s not for the faint of heart or fitness wannabes.

How long do the sessions take?
Once you're used to the programming structure (about 1-2 weeks) sessions should not take longer than 60 minutes (most sessions are around 50 minutes), including both warm-up and cooldown.
Can I get stronger AND fitter with this style of training and eating?
